Staff
Our staff team is pictured here, and they’re all pretty great, but it’s important to acknowledge that all that is accomplished can only be so with the many volunteers who serve Castle Oaks, its congregation and community, in endless ways!
Art Greco // Interim Pastor (starts in May)
Art Greco is a retired (but VERY active and involved) Covenant pastor. He served in youth ministry for 10 years before becoming a church planter (Tigard Covenant Church), eventually finding himself as a lead Pastor in what might be termed, “turn-around” settings (Christ Community Covenant Church in Arvada, CO and Marin Covenant Church in San Rafael, CA).
Between serving in Colorado and Marin Art was Covenant Director of Prayer and Evangelism in the then “Department of Church Growth and Evangelism” (now called, “Start and Strengthen Churches”). Art Married Brenda Bell in 1978, a grraduate of C.U nursing school. They have 3 adult children, David (married to Emily), Joshua (married to Rohanna) and Becca (married to Anthony).
For fun, Art loves playing with his 4 grandchildren, rooting for the Warriors, Broncos, and Dodgers, and playing as much golf as his aching back, surgically replaced knee and shoulder, and terrible “outside-to-in” swing will allow. His greatest joy in ministry, though, comes when he can (1) encourage a pastor to realize the joy that awaits those who refuse to give up and (2) journey with anyone who desires to explore the depths and benefits of increasing yieldedness to the leadings of The Holy Spirit.
Art’s life mission statement: “To live in such a way that people quite lying, quit hiding, and quit dying.”
Paul Lessard // Castle Oaks Member & Former Lead Pastor (starts March 9 through Easter)
Paul is a current member, bass player and former Lead Pastor of Castle Oaks. He will be overseeing Sunday teachings through Easter.
Dianna McKeever // Ministries and Connections
Dianna’s heart for people is evident in all that she does. She holds a degree in Child Development, and her previous church experience includes co-leading children and youth ministry.
She and her husband, Chris, have three boys. They reside in Castle Rock, with lots of friends and family nearby … but spend most of their off time at the soccer field!

Josh Parmiter // Worship Ministries
Josh is passionate about sharing the truth of the gospel through music and art. Josh is originally from Newfoundland, Canada, and has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Theology from Tyndale University College and Seminary in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Josh and his wife, Amy, live in Castle Rock and love exploring Colorado with their two dogs. They also enjoy hanging out with friends and going to music and sporting events.

Jennah Kearney // Children’s Ministries and Communications
Jennah is a Colorado Native, born and raised in Sedalia, Colorado. Her home church growing up was Southeast Christian Church up until she left for college. Jennah accepted a full ride volleyball scholarship to play at New Mexico State University, where she got a degree in Family and Child Science. She is a true optimist, Jesus follower and has a heart for people and their stories.
Jennah and her husband, Jay, have been married for 10 years and have two young kids— Brooklyn and Callum. They love coffee shops, thrifting, and going on family walks.

Cindy Veith // Office Administrator
Cindy was raised in the Covenant Church (Leyden, 1st Covenant Denver, and Centennial) and was part of the original church planting of Castle Oaks. She ran the financial side of their family business for 16 years and is happy serving as the office administrator now at Castle Oaks.
She and her husband are the proud parents of two grown sons, both US Army veterans, and are proud grandparents as well.

Leadership
Our Leadership Team represents the congregation and supports the staff. They oversee the business and mission aspects of the church. Each team member serves for a three-year term and is elected by the congregation. Leadership holds business meetings once a month.
